Hasber Machine Pvt. Ltd. 🇮🇳
A full digital and international market-readiness transformation for India's first patented mobile concrete plant manufacturer — culminating in a government relationship in Laos and an OEM manufacturing tie-up with one of the world's largest construction equipment makers in China.
How we got there.
01 The Challenge
Hasber Machine had 20 years of genuine engineering credibility as India's first patented mobile concrete plant manufacturer, but nothing in its digital presence reflected that. A dated website and no consistent brand identity meant international distributors, government bodies, and potential OEM partners had no way to size the company up before a first conversation — and first impressions were working against them.
02 Research
We audited how international buyers and government procurement bodies actually evaluate an unfamiliar manufacturer online — what a credible global industrial brand's digital presence needed to include before any in-person meeting could land.
03 Strategy
Position Hasber as a serious global manufacturer first, then let the 20-year engineering track record close the conversation. Every digital asset — website, brand identity, communication channels — was rebuilt to hold up under the scrutiny of an overseas distributor or a government procurement office.
04 Design Process
The brand and website were rebuilt around a single message — “Future of Generations” — positioning Hasber's concrete technology as infrastructure for what comes next, not just heavy machinery for what exists today.
05 Development
We rebuilt hasber.in as a professional, international-facing website and set up dedicated business email channels so every follow-up after an expo conversation or government meeting arrived from an address that matched the brand.
06 Marketing
With the digital foundation in place, Hasber's team carried it into the field — physically promoting the mobile concrete plant to construction companies and distribution networks at international expos across Thailand, the Philippines, Laos, Russia, and Austria. Those relationships opened direct communication with Laos' Ministry of Technology, leading to a government tie-up — and in parallel, Hasber secured an OEM manufacturing partnership with one of the three largest construction equipment manufacturers in the world in China, positioned to produce equipment against a proposed order from the Laos government.
The exact process, step by step.
From first brand conversation to a signed OEM tie-up.
Brand Identity & Positioning
Rebuilt Hasber's visual and verbal identity around a single message — “Future of Generations” — translating 20 years of concrete engineering expertise into a brand that reads as credible to an international audience, not just a domestic one.
Website & Digital Asset Development
Designed and built hasber.in as an international-facing website, plus the supporting digital assets — brochures, decks, and product sheets — needed to back up an in-person conversation at a global expo.
Communication Channels Setup
Established dedicated, professional business email channels under the Hasber domain, so every follow-up after an expo conversation or government meeting arrived from an address that matched the brand — not a personal or generic one.
International PR & Positioning Strategy
Developed messaging and materials specifically calibrated for three very different audiences — international distributors, government procurement bodies, and OEM evaluators — each needing a different kind of proof before they'd take a meeting.
On-Ground International Market Activation
Took the rebuilt brand into the field — physically promoting the mobile concrete plant to construction companies and distribution networks at international expos across Thailand, the Philippines, Austria, and Russia.
Government Relationship Building — Laos
Converted expo-floor relationships into a direct line to Laos' Ministry of Technology, developing that communication into a formal government tie-up over a series of follow-up meetings.
OEM Partnership Secured — China
In parallel, closed an OEM manufacturing tie-up with one of the three largest construction equipment manufacturers in the world in China — positioned to produce equipment against a proposed order from the Laos government.
A closer look.
The outcome.
The rebuilt digital foundation gave a 20-year-old engineering business the international credibility to open doors that had previously stayed closed — a direct relationship with a foreign government ministry, and a manufacturing partnership with a top-3 global equipment maker, positioning Hasber for its first major international order pipeline.
“Webroller didn't just give us a website. They gave us the credibility to sit across the table from a Chinese OEM and a foreign ministry and be taken seriously.”
