What we built.
Hospital Project is a centralised digital platform built for hospitals to manage their entire operations from a single place. It covers patient registration and admissions, doctor appointments, ward and bed allocation, laboratory reports, pharmacy, nursing records, billing, staff management, payroll, and government scheme tracking. Administrators, doctors, nurses, and reception staff each get access to the tools relevant to their role, giving the entire institution a unified, real-time view of operations.
Before this system, hospitals relied on disconnected paper records, scattered spreadsheets, and manual coordination between departments. That fragmentation led to lost patient data, billing errors, delayed lab results, and poor staff accountability across a multi-department institution.
We replaced that fragmented workflow with one integrated platform where every department — OPD, IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics, and administration — operates from a single source of truth. Doctors, nurses, reception, and admin staff each work from role-specific screens that stay in sync in real time.
